Although the breeze was strong enough to lift one of the gazebos which has been erected before the event, the air was warm and the sun shone. A perfect day for the Garden Party which kind people put on to raise money for Oxford Phab.
It is a good opportunity for Phab members and Wesley Memorial Church members, and neighbours and friends, to meet together, drink tea and eat scones and cake.

Everyone who could make it enjoyed the afternoon, and generously donated to Phab funds, indeed we even had contributions from people who were unable to come but still contributed.
All that was left was to take down the gazebos, and the event shelter, tidy away the garden furniture and a lot of washing up. We are very grateful to our hosts and other helpers for the work which goes on behind the scenes to make this possible.
